In this class you will be able to bond and have fun with your little ones while practicing yoga in a playful way that engages the child and parent together.

Pregnancy Yoga

Take time out for yourself and your growing baby to truly connect and blossom your bond together. Pregnancy yoga allows you to gentle build your strength and stamina ready for welcoming your baby into the world.

1:1 Therapeutic Yoga Sessions for Children and Young People
Highly specialised and individualised therapeutic yoga offered by a dual-trained Educational Psychologist and therapeutic yoga practitioner, focused on balancing the nervous and sensory systems. Suitable for all ages, including children with special educational needs and disabilities.

This is a free session for mothers living in A Better Start Southend ward and facilitated by Yoga4All instructor, Amy. Practising yoga with your baby helps the two of you bond and have some special time together.
